Working with Sue was a pleasure. I needed a project manager to run a renovation project whilst I worked abroad. From the initial hard work selecting an architect, structural engineer, navigating planning approval whilst meeting the local conservation requirements, Sue was fantastic, with years of knowledge and the right connections and contacts to help us ease through the process. Subsequently selecting a building contractor and watching the building work evolve was pretty much stress free, where the odd problem came up, its a very old house, Sue always had a solution or two, giving us a choice on how to progress and even managing to stay on top of our budget! Great communication throughout the project, a fantastic service, from planning through to completion.

Sue is a first class professional project manager, who focuses on the client's needs. We have been so impressed with Sue that we have used her on three projects since 2013 - two big ones (a loft conversion in 2018 and a comprehensive refurbishment of a three bedroom flat in 2013). Her knowledge of the building trade is second to none, has an ability to work to deadlines and bring a project to completion within budget. I would certainly recommend Sue to anyone considering using a project manager for a building project.

I have worked with Sue Gilbert Property Associates for about 10 years now. The projects have varied from complete strip out and redesign refurbishments through to complete house rebuilds and most lately a basement excavation too. One of my favorite projects was a remodeling of a North London Cottage. Very quaint and very British. Working with Sue has been always been an excellent experience, as I can rely on Sue's professionalism. Sue is detailed orientated and and very much one of the best project managers I have worked with. Her expertise is encyclopedic in the London residential property world. I really do recommend her.
