Sweep and Swab Chester

If I could 0 stars I would, the service received was despicable, almost laughable. I paid for a deep clean of my property and the ‘team’ sent was one person for carpet cleaning and one person for the rest of the house. The list of things left unclean is too long to bore you with but it includes the toilet, fridge and oven (fairly standard I think in most households). I could have done a better job myself in half an hour. I subsequently complained and was told a different team would arrive to fix the problems. The SAME team arrived and then spent all of 45 minutes washing the floors and windows, as the cleaners protested that they were unable to clean an oven toilet and fridge (although this was supposedly part of the service). I would NEVER use this company or their sister companies ever again. I have been offered no apologies or compensation for the hassle this has caused me. I have found the managers and customer service team equally as frustrating. I was unable to review them on their own website as there is no function for this funnily enough. It does not use skilled cleaners or provide flawless results as suggested on the website.
