Our experience with Aquaknot Pools was absolutely great. Kristine and her crew were honest, professional and went beyond to quickly address and solve any issues that arose. Prior to construction, Kristine helped determine what worked best for our family's needs. There was never a hard sell and she didn't want us to spend money unnecessarily. She was a pro when the initial landscaper threw off the pool schedule by months. She was always quick to respond to questions, kept us updated, and calmly and efficiently got the job done. I trusted her invaluable suggestions and advice, even in addressing issues that came up with other contractors on the project. The quality of their work is excellent. No large construction project is uncomplicated but Aquaknot did everything they could to make their part easy. Since completion, they've continued to be a great source of advice and trusted reliable service. We now have a gorgeous pool. Aquaknot stands out as an extremely positive experience.
