Synthesis Architecture

I have been working with Nodas Papadimas from Synthesis Architecture for a couple of years. It has been a total pleasure to work with and get to know Nodas, as an individual and as a professional. We have collaborated on a few large commercial renos, which we continue to do through today. His style is refreshing and complimentary to the history that surrounds Cincinnati. A fantastic, young architect that will soon have a large clientele and a waiting list to go along with it. I have learned to trust him and his opinion and insight a great deal. My money will stay with Nodas and Synthesis Architecture!

I am an Interior Designer who needed help developing a plan for an addition to our contemporary home. The roof lines of our existing home made it extremely difficult to add the sort of addition I was looking for. Our home is 30+ years old but we were lucky enough to have the blue prints. Nodas and his team were able to input into their CAD programs so they could help us fully understand and envision the project. One team member even came out to remeasure a few items to ensure accuracy. We have some unusual angles and frustrating roof lines that added to the challenges. They came up with several creative ideas and worked closely (and patiently) with me to develop a workable solution...even bringing contractors out to discuss the pros and cons of various materials etc... Unfortunately, my husband and I determined that we needed to prioritize our projects and the addition was put on hold. However, I am happy to report that we are now in a position to move forward with the structure and have asked Nodas to work with us again so we can finish what we started over a year ago. I am eager to start working with Synthesis again as I know that my project is in very creative and capable hands. .

Synthesis Architecture is simply Awesome! Nodas is kind and patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you, the client is completely satisfied. I had a hand drawing of what I wanted and he made it happen. Nodas also provided general contractor, sub contractor and supplier references, made himself available on weekends and after work hours, offered his services with the build, and worked within my budget. His expertise in this field is unmatched. Nodas is sincere and passionate about Architecture and it shows through his commitment to excellence... I cant say enough about Nodas and his firm. You will not be disappointed!

Thru the entire design process, they displayed true compassion, natural talent and honesty. Their professional views and technical expertise added value to our home in how it relates to the site and how we plan to live in it. Nodas Papadimas is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is an extremely talented architect, and is an amazing communicator. Nodas has a very unique ability to create plans that are both functional and works of art. His use of space is phenomenal, and his attention to detail is second to none. Nodas is one of the most talented yet humble people I've ever met. I truly believe that when it comes to architectural design, Nodas and his team at Synthesis Architecture can make any dream a reality.

Synthesis Architecture has provided their services during the entire process of rejuvenation of our corner on Montgomery Road. Our project included interior and exterior design for a building housing a restaurant and dental practice including a shared parking area and common areas. Beginning with a feasibility study and through the whole process to the final details they have been a delight to work with. Always the utmost in professionalism, always patient and kind they have been the highlight of the arduous process of this project. They have always been quick to respond to city and county inquiries when the achitects input was needed. We also found their fees to be very fair and felt they went the extra mile as unexpected details required their additional services. We can not say enough good things about our experience with Nodas Papademas and Synthesis Architecture.

Perfection! As the wife of an owner of an Architectural firm that does commercial work, I knew that the selection of an Architect for our new home would be a diligent process. After one meeting, I felt confident we had found the partner we were looking for. After vetting several firms, we were certain that Synthesis was the answer. Based upon a picture as an unrefined vision, Nodas was able to modify and create exactly what we were after; incorporating every small detail while keeping budget in mind. Even while gently keeping me focused and on task, Nodas was able to make a stressful process fun and was readily available for field visits with either us or the contractor. After being in the house almost one year, we still say there is nothing we would change!

Synthesis was very professional and helpful throughout the building process. They made great suggestions when we asked about changes and worked hand in hand with our builder. The were very patient with us since this was our first build. They also stopped out to check on the work as it progressed to be sure everything was being done correctly. They designed a very creative plan and it worked out better than we could ever had imagined. We would use them again without hesitation.

Synthesis Architecture was an invaluable resource not only in the design of my home and deck, but also in helping to manage the entire process, so that it moved forward to completion as soon as possible. Their expertise, passion and tireless drive to exceed customer expectations through creative design and timely execution was evident in every single interaction. Synthesis was fully committed to my satisfaction with the project start to finish. Consistent communication, attention to detail, strong project management and personal integrity are hard to find in one place, but I found them here. Thank you, Synthesis!

Large scale renovation including a three level addition. This was a complicated project blending the old with the new. The addition included a master suite, design studio, music room and covered patio. The design was lovely and the plans they drew up were perfect for our needs.

Working with Synthesis Architecture was a fabulous process from beginning to end. I have a very old home that was in desperate need of a master bedroom and bath. The creative renderings were not only exciting, but when it came time to actually renovate, functional and stunning in their finality! I love it and get compliments whenever someone visits. I could not be happier with the creative, professional service provided. I would recommend Synthesis to anyone!!!
