Loved working with Gary to design a beautiful new garage. After 26 years our garage was looking pretty grungy. Gary helped design a fresh new and functional look. Everything was done on time and like clockwork. I am extremely happy with my experience and quality of the cabinets and workmanship. If you want a professional experience and superior product I recommend using Tailored Living!

We hired Tailored Living to remodel our master closets. I contacted four companies for plans and quotes. Two were higher, one was lower. The Tailor representative spent so much time with me and made several really good design suggestions. They were transparent in their costs and designs, providing detail drawings and quote upon our first meeting. They really gave us the confidence to move forward with them. The install went smoothly enough. I did ask them to come back and do some wall clean-up and they did so with no problem. I've already ordered some extra shelves for my shoe rack, which was super easy and affordable.

Absolutely fantastic service and results! Gary came into our home, listened to our needs and designed a closet and garage organization system that is fabulous. Customer service can't be beat - continual updates and timely service. We are extremely pleased.

We added cabinets, shelves and a slat wall to the garage. These guys were great to work with. One stayed late on a Friday night just to complete the work. Quality was excellent and the price was fair.

My husband & I built a townhouse in the Short North this summer and Gary was recommended to us by our interior designer. Wanted to surprise my husband with an organized garage. Gary met with me several times, presenting a few versions of how it could look. While on vacation, Gary and his team renovated the garage, and when the garage door went up upon our return, VIOLA! A magnificent surprise, even to me. Very easy to work with, quality is exceptional. Scott was very patient with me changing the design a few times. His team were so nice and clean. The job turned out great.

Scott (The Owner) personally does the estimate. He came out, saw the mess of clothes that was on my floor from the closet shelf falling. He not only had a competitive price, his closet remodeling product went all the way to the floor (a MUST HAVE for our closet), and the color matched the rest of our decor. And more importantly, above the product and personal attention from the OWNER OF THE COMPANY, was the personal service over and above the call of regular business. Let me explain: Scott offered to make another trip to my home the following day to bring me a temporary rack for my pile of clothes (at no charge) to use until the closet was complete. (Even if I chose to use another company for the closet remodel) Once the job was complete, I decided I wanted a couple more shelves. He ordered extra shelves for me, and personally delivered them to my house once they were shipped to him. Then, when I MADE A MISTAKE, and mis-measured one of the additional shelves, he reordered the shelf and re-delivered it to me...and charged me NOTHING FOR IT! Event though IT WAS MY MISTAKE, NOT HIS! I tried to pay him, but he was insistent that this one was on him, regardless of the error. Great company, Great Product, Professional installation, and OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not a better company in the Columbus Market for your closet remodel...PERIOD!
