We bought a spec home from TC Homebuilders. We are so happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the home. Always helpful if questions arise and just checked in to see if they could come do touch ups that may have occurred with our 4 boys over the past few months! They are great and highly recommend them!

Worked with this builder again as a co-listing agent for 5309 Halifax Avenue in Edina. It sold before completion due to fabulous design, detail, and workmanship. It was a pleasure helping represent TC Homebuilders.

My experience with Tc Home-builders has been great. All of the contractors have such great attitudes. Tony and Ken have a great eye for all the small details, you will notice when you visit Tc houses. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Always top notch!!
