TFF Architects Ltd. is a design led practice with a commercial edge. We aim to help our clients maximise the return on their investment, both in terms of the environment and finance. 
 The practice was founded in 2004 by Malcolm Thornton, David Field, and Simeon Fuller. All are qualified professionals with considerable experience, having designed and managed projects of various scales and type. These range from private houses to large complex development projects, from Listed Buildings to new build contemporary schemes, and from feasibility studies to full information packages and site monitoring. 
 Our approach is to create thoughtful responses to design challenges that are well crafted, contextual, as well as imaginative and elegant. We also believe that architecture is not only about the way things look - it is also about making things work, and embracing the functional and economic aspects of the client's requirements.
