For me, being a designer is all about realising the full potential of a garden to delight those who spend time in it. I start by listening closely to your requirements and understanding the constraints of your space. But I also realise how hard it can be to see beyond what you already have. By helping you visualise the space in new ways, I enable you to make the right choices - whether that’s confirming what you already thought, or unearthing possibilities you’d never noticed. My approach draws on my training and experience. Alongside an RHS Diploma in Garden Design, and RHS qualifications in horticulture and garden construction, I have years of experience working hands-on with plants. I want your garden to look good not just when it’s finished, but for years to come, which means understanding how plants grow and change. From my first training as an Agricultural Engineer, I bring a disciplined approach solving problems around the use of space.
