We are very happy with our new shutters from the Dallas shutter company! Matt and Ever are very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! They put up beautiful 5 inch louvers on all my windows in a day with 100% even leveled guaranteed! They are extremely nice and the customer service is bar none! We went through multiple shutter companies and only Matt was able to provide everything we wanted and more! They are also one of the few who actually make their shutters in America, not just assemble them here as other companies are falsely proclaiming. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you guys!

My wife and I were put in contact with Matt from Dallas Shutter Company and had plantation shutters installed in our house. Matt was extremely professional, honest, and trustworthy. I looked at two options, cheaper polymer shutters, and American Made, high quality, real wood shutters from Matt. Matt was patient and walked me through the differences (size of panels, wand placement, long term and short term pros and cons of both). I ended up paying a little more for the wood shutters, but the difference in quality (and service) wasn’t even close. My house has 22 foot ceilings right when you walk in, and every time someone new comes over, I get the wow expression when they see the shutters. They are functional, beautiful, and worth spending a little more than you would on the cheap stuff. Matt was patient, meticulous to the last detail in his installation, and the end result is gorgeous shutters throughout. I would recommend Matt and the Dallas Shutter Company to anyone I know! HIGHLY recommend; you won’t be disappointed. My wife’s only qualm is that now she never wants to move haha!

Matt did a fantastic job. He was never pushy about making a sale and our project kept evolving the more we would think about it. In addition to his patience, he is extremely knowledgeable about his products and the industry. Definitely a man of integrity.
