The Floor Depot

I had laminate floors installed in 2017 in four rooms. Recently, the transition between the hall and bedroom became dislodged. I called the Southhaven store about it being replaced. I was told that after the schedule was checked then someone would come to do the repairs this happened 3 times and no one came. Today I talked to Bobby and he said I was out of warranty and it would cost $100.00 to send someone out for the repair. Only until today was there any mention of a warranty. I feel this is absolutely unwarranted but Bobby said “just get carpet glue”! I felt he was making up policy as we talked. He even implied that it was destroyed by someone kicking it because this had never ever happened.... I am disappointed in the response from Bobby and I will certainly not recommend Floor Depot.
