The Grady Group guided us through a living room, dining room, and foyer make over. They are highly professional and talented. The project turned out exactly as I had dreamed - comfortable elegance. And they helped work within my modest budget yet still produce a high end look with perfect wall color / paper choices and quality furniture pieces.

I couldn't believe the amazing transformation. It looked like a home you would see in a magazine! The furniture was perfectly scaled to fit our home and each item was carefully selected. The decor and comfortable layout they created was stunning. I was also offered so many helpful suggestions that made all the difference in selling my home. This company really went above and beyond. I don't think I could have done it without them.

The Grady Group did an fantastic job staging our flip in Drexel Hill. They are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Their furniture is gorgeous and makes the room/house look amazing! I highly recommend! As a Realtor, I have seen other staged homes and theirs was truly the nicest by far!

My mothers house was on the market for a whole year. We hired the Grady Group and it sold within one week of staging. Kath and Ann were extremely professional, gave great recommendations and wonderful to work with. They helped us understand a buyers point of view. For instance, my mothers bedroom/ full bath was on the first floor. It was suggested to leave the room empty so buyers could envision its potential as whatever they want... When the buyer expressed an interest in purchasing some of the furnishings, the owners of the Grady Group were so accommodating and respectful that I held onto their contact info. I had been trying to sell my house for about 4 months. There had been a tenant who had lovely furniture and was very conscientious at preparing the house for showings. The house is in great shape and in a great location. However, there were not offers.
