Unlike several other plan designers sites that I have visited over the last month, professionals here responded very quickly and efficiently. They answered every question that I had in a prompt and businesslike manner. As a construction professional, it is important to me to get quick answers to my questions because time really is money. They are definitely my favorite.

i was in the market to find a set plans for my home addition. Amanda at The House Designers was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a set of plans for my project. The House Designer team answered any questions i had about the design.

Christine at the House Designers was a pleasure to work with. She really made sure we had everything we needed. We purchased one of their exclusive plans and everyone loves it...we cannot wait to see it built! Purchasing the plans was quick and easy, and modification prices were very reasonable.

The plans are easy to order and are delivered in a timely manner. There are a lot of plans to choose from for every budget

Christine Cooney has been wonderful to me in this process. I will definitely build this house. I am waiting on securing funding. In my opinion, this is the best company in the market today.

The House Designers can be your 'best friend' when searching for a home plan. As a custom home builder and home stager, I have many times called to ask about certain plans or even describe what I'm looking for. Christine is great and has been so helpful to answer my questions and add suggestions for certain plans that fit the criteria. in fact, everyone I've talked to there has been so friendly! We try to send pictures of our finished product because we know how helpful it is to see actual pictures verses just the floor plan and that helps customers be able to visualize a plan before making a final decision. For these reasons and more, I will continue to make The House Designers my first stop when searching for our next set of plans.

Our company has worked with The House Designers for years now on several projects. Their team is very professional and their systems have led us to keep our plans exclusive to them. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and find a local architect. If they don't return calls or emails at least you can show up at their door. If you choose to buy a plan from this place, don't plan on making any changes or correcting the Archiects mistakes. These are hardly construction ready prints. The dimensions have left almost every sub contractor & supplier scratching their head. The elevations don't exactly match the floorplan either. Just about every plan I considered needed some kind of obvious change. An Extra small garage only a compact car would fit...attached to a large 2-story. They did make this change quickly, but I did not expect there to be any error on a plan that has been resold many times. Herbie doesn't return calls or emails. The lady processing payments was nice and helpful, but that's where the service stopped. A complete waste of $2,500.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase plans from The House Designers. If you are fortunate enough to choose a good quality plan by a reputable architect then you are likely fine. However, if you have the misfortune, as I did, of choosing a plan (Montagna di Grazioso) where the architect's plans are extremely vague you will be extremely disappointed. As a builder I have constructed dozens of homes and buildings from blueprints and I have never seen anything as bad as these prints. The salesman was excellent until I started to have questions regarding the lack of basic information on the prints. He then would no longer return my emails nor my calls. I would hate to see anyone else purchase these plans and go through the same anguish that we did.

Just bought a garage house plan from them for a build next spring. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick out the plan and going over the modifications I wanted made. Everything was doable and they were very friendly to work with. When the plans arrived they were easy to print out and read and had plenty of details to work from. We can't wait to break ground this coming spring.
