The Petal Planter

Susie Hyde and her crew at the Petal Planter always do an outstanding job on planting our annuals.. The flowers look beautiful and last a long time. I would highly recommend the Petal Planter.

I would highly recommend Susie Hyde, the Petal Planter. She is very knowledgeable, and during this horrible drought has created beautiful landscapes. My garden continues to look beautiful and I love receiving complements from the passers by and even the children! She planted less flowers and for the first time, Black Eyed Susans which all continued to bloom over the summer. Susie is the best and I like that she has a monthly service to maintain her work. Her "crew" is very respectful and polite.

We have been so pleased with The Petal Planter team. We first hired Susie to re-landscape our front yard after seeing a few beautiful yards she had done for friends. She was wonderful at helping us figure out what we wanted, listening carefully to our preferences and also making excellent suggestions. After the planting, she checked back regularly to be sure everything was thriving. We have since hired her gardening team for our regular weekly yard maintenance and have been 100% satisfied, lovely people doing an excellent job.

In our former home with a large yard, Susie worked with both the front and rear yards over several years. People walking by often stopped to talk about how much they liked our plantings--a few even rang the doorbell! In our new home, with a much smaller courtyard, Susie updated some of the plantings right after we moved in and the difference was dramatic. The attached photo (not prof'l quality!) is of one small section, the walkway from the sidewalk gate into the courtyard. Hopefully you can see the ivy "X" pattern on the wall, with small trees in front and flowers. We love how welcoming this area is now, and the green, lime and white color scheme. I trust Susie enough to just say "do it!" and what she does, on a budget, is always more than I hoped for. 100% satisfied.

Susie recently replanted the beds in my front yard. It is now a showstopper. She drew plans, secured the many colorful plants and annuals, supervised the repositioning of the sprinklers, as well as the placement and planting of the beds. My garden is a showstopper. Susie is very knowledgeable about plants' needs and chose the ones that will be happy in my hot front yard. I highly recommend her!

Susie has planted my pots 3-4 times a year for many years. They always grow out to fabulousness, better than I could do. She also is so reasonably priced that I can continue to utilize her services. Her guys are very nice, and they clean up wonderfully after their work. Check plus.
