Staging, Interior Design & Cosmetic Renovations are what we do best! With over 18 years of experience staging and renovating hundreds of Perth's homes, our primary focus is in maximising the return on investment for our clients. We work with both interstate and international clientele. Our services include a complimentary site visit to determine the brief as well as interior design advice prior to the property going to market. We specialise in all sized projects and budgets in and around Perth.

This is the first time I've staged a property for sale and so glad I did. It was a very tough market and the staging definitely helped get things over the line. Jax is very easy to work with and produces a beautiful result. Highly recommend and would definitely work with Jax should I ever need staging again!

We have been using Jax for almost 5 years to do all our staging needs for our apartments and villas. Can not fault her professionalism, interior style and sense of humour. Big or small, Jax always pulls together our vision of what we are trying to achieve at every stage. We are forever changing out our displays from property to property, because once a client sees her design the properties are sold. She is magic!

Jax styled my unit wonderfully. She was professional and knew exactly what I needed. I loved the way she tied all the colours beautifully together, even matching the colour in the stain-glass front door to the artwork and accessories she chose. Her attention to detail was impressive, the overall effect was homely and inviting - I wanted to live there! My real estate agent told me all the staff in his office were 'oohing and ahhing' over the pictures, they created a lot of interest. Thanks so much Jax!

I found The Stage House Company people to be highly professional and responsive. They provided an excellent display setting within my planned budget, and within a very short deadline. Although initially sceptical, my Real Estate agent strongly advised the merits of staging a property, so I went ahead with his advice. We managed to receive a signed offer on the property within FOUR days of listing at a sales price significantly higher than my expectations (the property was listed on an "expression of interest basis"). I would certainly attribute a high proportion of the success of the sale process to the services provided by the Stage House Co.

The Stage House Co was extremely professional and helped us meet our budget and achieve the sale of the property in record time! They are extremely knowledgeable and their team worked effortlessly. Both ourselves and the owners were very happy with the end result! We will definitely be using The Stage House Co again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We got our house staged for a fast sale and it worked. Within 4 weeks we had a sale! The Staging House Co were very easy to deal with, responding to emails and messages on the weekend, very flexible with delivery and pick up dates/times. There were some items of ours that were removed during pick up but without any hassle, they delivered all items back to our house.

We are so glad we found The Stage House Co as it is definitely the way to get your house sold.Our house had been on the market for quite a few months and although it was on 2 1/2 acres the house was a bit small with only 2 bedrooms. Although people liked the house and the property the comment was always that the house was a bit too small. This is where The Stage House Co came in and re- vamped the house with different furniture arranged quite differently to what we had. It was amazing the difference it made making it more spacious ,so much so that we had an offer in 2 weeks. The crew at Stage House were fantastic and they did a great make-over, we are delighted with the result and would highly recommend them . Once again thank you Stage House Leon & Jan Mundaring
