I had a shower remodel completed and Andrew was wonderful to work with! He delivered on his time commitment, and not only matched my expectations, but exceeded them. He also stayed an extra twenty (20) minutes after his work was complete, until I arrived, to point out some additional information for me. For that, I am extremely grateful! Nice work Andrew and thank you once again!

Andrew installed a ceiling fan for us recently and the project went so smoothly. He and his electrician ran wiring, patched and sanded the holes and repainted so you would never even know that they were there! He’s super friendly, accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. Pricing was very fair and I would absolutely hire him again for larger projects in our home. He knows his stuff and is just a great guy all around!

Andrew recently installed some additional cabinetry in our kitchen and helped reconnect our sink plumbing and cook top range after new counter tops were installed. He was incredibly friendly and did a great job putting the cabinets into an already finished space; they look like they were installed along with our others! We definitely recommend him and plan on leveraging his services again with other aspects of our kitchen updates!

We had Andrew install 3 toilets, 2 faucets and a shower enclosure. He was so helpful. He even came to Home Depot with us to look at the shower enclosure we had picked out to make sure it would be a fit for our bathroom. He spent extra time with us to make sure we understood how he would install our fixtures. He is very reasonable priced and was able to complete the project in two days. Trying to get someone to do smaller jobs around the house is nearly impossible, but Andrew was great! I am recommending him to my daughter for a project she needs. I would recommend him to anyone. He did a great job, quickly neatly and on budget.

Andrew is a conscientious and dedicated professional, with a talented eye for detail and design. He recently completed a major renovation in my home, with over 2000 sf of hardwood flooring, demolition and replacement of a two-story staircase and railings, new doors, baseboards, and trim, full house paint, powder room renovation, fireplace surround, and new lighting througout. Andrew genuinely cares about delivering a quality project down to the little details, and I recommend him without reservation.

Andrew is a talented and professional guy who did renovation on my house recently. He is a smart guy who knew what needs to be done just looking at the house. He also gives his expert suggestions too. He completed all the needed work neatly on time within the allotted budget. He also did many extra things needed, which I did not know about it. He always responded immediately to my calls. Over all, he is a trust worthy, easy going and professional. I would hire him again definitely.

We hired Andrew for an update to the first floor bathroom which including painting and installation of a new vanity, fixtures and toilet. Andrew was on time, did what he promised under the estimate he gave. He did not charge us for some additional work that came up during the project. He cleaned up and left as if he was never there. I will be using Villas for a multitude of projects around the house coming up this spring and summer.

Andrew, constructed a new space for recreation and entertainment for one third of our unfinished basement, as well as constructing shelving on two walls. Quality work - finishes, framing, paint, flooring and ceiling. All was done to our specifications with some creative work accomplished to see this done. Great price and high quality.

I had a bathroom remodel gone wrong and Andrew fixed it up very nicely. Also some other odds and ends such as painting and drywall fixes, new lights installed, and caulking to get my house ready to sell. Very reasonable price, high quality, very professional. My house had multiple offers within days of listing thanks in part to Andrew's fine work. He would be my go-to guy if I still lived in the area!
