I had new windows and sliding door put in my house the sliding door has caused me problems all a long . The lock did not work right the 1st time and it took about 6weeks and tons of phone calls to get it fixed Not a permanent fix though . About 6 months later it broke again and it couldn’t be locked it took lots of phone calls lots of bagging to get them to my house to fix it AGAIN , it only took them a about 71/2 weeks to get to my house and fix it . Every time it breaks Thrush doesn’t care . I’ve told every one I know about Thrush I will do my best to see you don’t get any people I know as clients . It’s a shame you lost a good working honest man like Terry White it’s to bad it didn’t happen sooner because I would not have ever call you to do the work .

I have been trying for years to get repairs done to my roof that Trush and Son put on. I have a leak around the flashing on my chimney because it wasn’t done right and now my ceiling needs repairs. I also have leaks in light fixtures in my bedrooms . Would not recommend them

I’ll never use this company again. It took them five months to finish a roofing job after I signed the contract. Took them over two months to finish the aluminum flashing after they cashed the check. The roofing crew left a sizable pile of trash in my yard after putting the shingles on. Not roofing material, but actual garbage: Cigarette butts, the plastic wrapper from a new pack of cigarettes, a plastic grocery bag, a bag from an empty loaf of bread, an empty container that used to contain dried fruit and empty packets from diarrhea medicine. I called the office and asked for Allen, no dice. He didn’t seem to care about about my complaint with his company. I was able to speak to the owner, Allen Thrush on two occasions. Once on the phone when I had a question about the flashing that was in the contract, and once in person when I wrote the check. He and another employee told me that the flashing would be done and the job completed within “a couple weeks.” From that point on Allen Thrush avoided me, would not take or return my calls (even after I was told “he said he’ll call you tomorrow”) and left his employees to deal with the dissatisfied customer after repeated phone calls to him about finishing the job that I paid for. I logged and audio recorded all phone calls, as well as face to face communication I had with anyone from the company. After repeatedly being avoided by Allen, I contacted a lawyer. I had paid for a job that the owner had shown no sign of completing. We had at least five days in December with the temperature above 50 degrees. The roof was clear of snow and ice. I signed the contract on August 2, 2018. The job was started in the third week of October, 2018. I paid on October 31, 2018 (with the good faith promise of having the job completed as explained above). The job was completed on January 7, 2019. The timeframe, lack of respect for my property, lack of communication and the unacceptable business practices that Allen Thrush tried to pull on me has ensured that I will not consider this company for any future business.

I worked with Thrush and Son on several projects. Corey and Allen were very knowledgeable about their product and the installation process. They were extremely customer friendly. It seemed they treated their customers like family, which is very hard to find people that do that in today's market. After working with Thrush and Son on our projects, I would be first in line to hire them to do all of my home remodelization work.

Had lots of work done over many years. Always professional and always on time. Excellent people to work with and would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I had new entry doors & storm doors place on our home by Thrush & Son this year. Cory was who I dealt with most often. Cory was always very professional and made suggestions of how to possible better our outcome while the job was in process. If I had questions and called Cory he would get back with me very quickly if he could not talk at that moment. All jobs have issues in one way or another, with Thrush they make things right and make the customer, (me) happy. I would recommend Cory and his Company for your home improvement needs. Steve
