I called Thumbs Up Plumbers Wednesday afternoon with a clogged drain. They schedule me for Friday morning. Eddie diagnosed the issue. He also discussed how he intended to clear the drain, including a 15-minute test running water through the system to ensure all was resolved once he drain was cleared. About 1 hour later, the job was completed, and they were on their way; Eddie at Thumbs Up saved the day with his expert service. Chris R

We called Sal on two occasions this year. Our water heater was very old and we received a bid from a large company which was quite high. I got Sal’s name from Nextdoor Neighbor where he had good reviews. He responded quickly to my call, made recommendations to make the unit run more efficiently and his price was much better than the other company. He helped pick up the new unit and installation went well. He also just helped install a new sump pump for us. He’s responsive and does good work.
