Worst work I've had done. And then his guys show back up here he didn't pay them. Never use again.

We had a really great experience with total home windows and doors. Anatoliy helped us select really beautiful new front doors and windows for our second floor. He was always quick to respond to our questions and the installers did the job so quickly! We were told it might be a 2 day install but they hustled and got it done in 1 day and cleaned up any mess created. Overall so happy and will definitely use them again!

Dimitry assessed each door, measured, tested and measured again before he started installation. He worked non stop for 5 hours to get it perfect. He paid close attention to every detail of my project. At the conclusion of the 1st day both front doors were complete. I live in an older home so things settle and are not perfectly leveled. However when Dimitry was done the installation was perfect.....I could go on and on. I had received a quote from this company. When I called them to say let's go ahead, they said they "low-balled" me and can't honour their pricing they offered. The new price is 27.2% higher than the original. If you're interested in wasting your time, this is the place to go. To top it off, during the original presentation, I was told they use 4mm glass standard. In the phone call after, he said (as a method to attempt to justify the higher price) that they needed to UPGRADE to the 4mm. Best thing is, I found a better price elsewhere. Don't waste your time! Bunch of lies, avoid wasting your time with them.

Total Home Windows and Doors provided me with a very professional and friendly service. They delivered quality products and were patient and spent time with me in explaining me their products. Excellent service from start to finish. The installers were very courteous and checked with us every step of the way. They took care of the order very well.
