About Us

Astoria Properties (formerly The Maison Group) was founded in 2014 by Tim Yardy and Bill Benton. The partners entered the business with a combined experience of 25 years in the design/build sector. Our specialty is high-end remodels and new builds; however, we have the ability to scale our efforts to meet various budgets. While we are headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a focus on Midtown, we can adapt our design/build capabilities to any location. Astoria Properties is passionate about restoring historical homes to their former glory and beyond, offering both speculative residential projects and design/build for others. Thank you for taking a look at our portfolio of residential projects. If you are interested in an appointment to discuss your project, please contact us at inquiries@astoria.properties or call us at 918.734.5945 to set an appointment. We look forward to creating something remarkable with you.
