I had a very simple security alarm installed in my apartment. Nothing fancy, just an alarm panel with some sensors on my doors and windows plus a really small camera pointing to my front door. Total Integrated Security is easy to deal with and answers all of my questions really thoroughly. I love the fact that I can control my alarm straight from my phone from wherever I am and that the alarm system is so easy to use.. All my communications with them have been positive and I highly recommend them. They went the extra mile in terms of service and I feel really reassured that if I have any questions or need technical support that they're happy and wiling to help as soon as possible.
