We hired Titeline Industries to construct a composite deck and a pergola in our backyard last summer. We have to say that they are amazing! The whole experience with Peter and his team was very pleasant. From the beginning of the project, Peter was very patient with us as we were quite uncertain about the size of the deck and design of the pergola that we want. Peter was also very helpful in helping us to decide on the composite decking material and making things work around our budget. When the construction started, we were on daily contact with Peter where he showed us the progress and let us know what to expect. He responded to all communication, which we really appreciate it. As we’ve had experience with other contractors in the past, we’re able to make comparison. We’re so glad and relieved that we found Peter. He is reliable and efficient. He was willing to and capable of meeting our objectives and expectations throughout. The whole project took them less than a month to complete, and we’re very satisfied with the results! We asked Peter at Titelines Industries to design and build to measure a desktop that would act as both storage space for custom home blueprints and a sloped work space for reviewing the blueprints. The desktop was to sit on two filing cabinets and also needed to match the color of the existing office furniture. We highly recommend Titeline Industries. Peter and his crew were excellent to work with. Peter's attention to the details has made the end product absolutely wonderful. All the people on the crew were courteous and very respectful of our space and time. No question or request was too small to talk about. Peter kept us informed of the progress and any delays/concerns he was experiencing with suppliers and provided other options if we didn't want to wait. Our project involved a full renovation on 3 full bathrooms, a refresh on 2 other full bathrooms, full renovation of a suite kitchen and painting the whole interior of a 4000 sq ft home. Peter took care of all the details but involved us at every level and connected us to a designer when we didn’t know what direction we wanted to go. The daily crew were lovely to have around, the painting people did excellent work, the tile guy was an artist and the cabinet maker was superb. We will be contracting Titeline on our next project.
