Had a difficult experience with TKSL, and it's still ongoing. In mid-April, TK installed a new driveway for me and I paid in full. A few weeks after installation was done, we turned on our sprinklers for the first time this season. They flooded underneath the driveway. TK's employee later admitted that they broke a sprinkler line when digging up the old driveway and went ahead and poured the new concrete over the broken line. They tried to fix it (by cutting away my new driveway and re-routing the line), but could not get them working again. I had to hire a sprinkler repairman for $1000 to rebuild the front and back manifolds because dirt from the broken line got into all the pipes. TK still has not re-paid me and I now have to hire a new concrete contractor to fill in the cement TK cut away in my driveway. Bottom line, paid in full for a driveway that I cannot use. My car is stuck inside it.
