We used Tony's company for what turned out to be a full house renovation during first half of 2016. We would definitely recommend him and his team. Tony was easy to work with and always replied to us when we contacted him (often replying to emails later into the night, including detailed explanations of any issues). Tony's documentation for both the quote and as we progressed was detailed and any changes were noted and explained. A sign of a good builder is that they are busy and Tony was no exception. We always had good reports from our neighbours who said he was courteous and respectful when he needed access. Our project involved full works on a mid terrace victorian house which included: a) a complex chimney knockthrough including the placement of metal beams to support the first floor; b) full house rewiring c) full house replastering; d) new kitchen and bathroom which Tony installed; e) new windows, which all required trimming which was done by Tony d) conversion of an out building which was then linked to the main house - including the fitting of a shower room; and f) wall lining of rooms to remove drafts. All work was done to a high standard and we would definitely recommend and use Tony's services again.
