Zero stars would be more accurate. Our GC hired Totally Wired for an extensive renovation we did. The quality of their work is extremely poor and they are ridiculously overpriced. They haven’t stood behind any of the work they did and you need to threaten them to even get them to respond. Literally the worst contractor we have worked with # - we regret so much using them and paying a steep premium for extremely sub par work.

George Borghi and Mike Stickler at Totally Wired are AMAZING! They're incredibly thorough and have the knowledge and the experience to handle anything you need and then some! They truly care and will do whatever it takes to make sure everything is working perfectly. And most importantly, they're warm and pleasant people. People you enjoy working with and being in your home! We could not recommend them more!

George and his team at Totally Wired are smart, creative, thorough, and utterly professional. They seamlessly integrated my home theater setup into built-in craftsman-style cabinetry in a way that I couldn't have been more pleased about - and also programmed a universal remote for all of my devices, installed a digital TV antenna (sorry cable companies), and wired my gate access system to a funky old rotary telephone. I recommend them without hesitation or qualification, and will hire them again the next time I have an AV project at my home (or business.)

We were all amazed at the astounding level of both information and documentation George is able to provide our clients. I see so much waste and over billing for audio/ video systems because the client is not well versed on what they are getting or if they even need as much as is being proposed. With the way George presents his package and then performs beyond what was promised is very different than the way we see every other A/V company doing nothing close to what was promised. Also George is one of the best system integrator's we have worked with. His motto should be " there is nothing we can not talk through to make it easier for you". It would be no mistake to have him as a team member for any size project. He and his staff have always made me look good by recommending them.

George is highly professional, and easy to work with. He understands technology, but at the same time can explain functionality and user experience in plain English, and actually make your technology easily work the way it is intuitive to you. He was fair in his terms, and was on time and within budget.
