T.T.T TILING SERVICES

This business started a job tiling my kitchen floor. After 3 days, only 15 tiles were laid and 2 others ruined at a waste cost of over £300. This company then text to say they wouldn’t be returning to finish the job. I have had 2 other tilers out to assess the work, both have said it’s appalling and needs to be lifted and started again due to uneven tiles, adhesive on floor far too thick at 10mm and lacking full coverage over the tile. Very disappointed that business owner Tracy now fails to answer any calls and texts from me to enable us to resolve this issue. I have had multiple tradesmen in my home creating a beautiful kitchen for me that cannot be fully completed due to one ‘trades’ who shirks their responsibility of the contract they took on. Exceptionally disappointed.
