I found Claire on Houzz and it was a great fit! She perfectly translated our discussions into an amazing design for our bedroom. What I especially appreciated was her incorporation of existing pieces and some fabulous Craigslist pieces she hunted down. We also managed to keep to a reasonable budget by buying from stores I love and am familiar with. We did run into a glitch concerning wallpaper, but she handled a frustrating problem as professionally as she could and made sure everything was right in the end. She also helped with transforming a tiny bedroom into a beautiful, vintage-inspired sewing room that is very functional and a joy to work in! Our working relationship was awesome and truly felt like a friendship in the end. In fact, we’re working together again! She has provided designs for our living room that we can implement ourselves! I love having her design advice just an email away!!

I hired Claire to help me design our nursery for our first baby. I had lots of ideas but was all over the place on what I wanted. Claire really took the time to listen to what I wanted (and didn't want) and then put together a bunch of gorgeous design boards with different options that worked with what I was thinking. It was so cool to see my ideas come together that way and made the process so much easier and a lot more fun! Claire is GREAT to work with - she is responsive, organized and creative. She went above and beyond to make the process easy. She helped me get money back from companies when there were issues - example: returns, shipping dates, etc. She also helped me hang up the final touches after our baby arrived and even found a plant that is good for a nursery environment. The nursery turned out better than I imagined!! I hope to have more projects to work with her in the future! If you're looking for someone to help you make your ideas come to life and add unique creative touches - Claire is the way to go.

Trim Spaces was excellent. Claire understood exactly what I wanted and delivered exceptional results under budget and with a very tight deadline and very little supervision. As a professional moving abroad I did not have time for questions and details. Claire handled it all beautifully. Great taste, great service. Claire runs a great company called Trim Spaces; she focuses on every aspect of the de-cluttering process then provides ideas and solutions to get spaces back on track! We really appreciated Claire's input at every stage of our basement redevelopment; she also helped us work with a great contractor too. She is highly professional, very well organised and very easy to work with. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Claire did excellent work taking my rough ideas and turning them into a unique steampunk-themed home bar. She has a great eye for detail, and she found an excellent set of items to add perfect artistic touches to the bar, as well as great functionality.
