I have shopped at Trove many times for my clients and have never had anything but a positive experience. The owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's great that you are able to purchase items right off the showroom floor, but also order custom pieces to work perfectly in your space. I love supporting a locally owned, family business that hand picks quality brands to carry in their store.

Tyrone Designs

Ordered a custom piece from the store. Upon delivery, noticed that it was the wrong color and called to tell them. I simply stated that I had received the wrong couch. Before I could say why it was, the associate immediately said, "Nope, it's the right one." After asking to continue, I told the associate it was the wrong color. When I had called in to order, I asked that it be modeled after one on the floor, specifically saying "the blue couch." They ordered a charcoal couch. They claim that the floor model was, in fact, charcoal. The owner came out to view the piece, and was INCONCEIVABLY rude, accused me of being color blind, called me ridiculous, and eventually told the associate that tagged along that they were just leaving before coming to any resolution. The associate eventually offered up taking the piece back, for a restocking fee of 25%. So in order to get the right couch, I will have to pay them an extra 4-500 dollars? Simply put, I will never shop here again after the abysmal customer service.

We, as owners, wanted to clarify the issues of your post because no owner was present in your home. Trove feels very strongly about personal responsibility. We encourage our customers to consider their purchases carefully as our policies aren't hidden or unclear. When you special ordered your sofa to exactly match the one shown on the floor we were happy to oblige and followed up with confirmation of the order details by email. Once delivered to your home, you notified us of your concerns, we jumped on looking in to it right away. We supplied you with the manufacturers invoice from both the model you saw on the floor and the one from your purchase. We also provided pictures that we requested from the customer who now owns the original sofa that inspired you. The correct purchase was then again re-confirmed when Trove associates came to your home with the fabric sample and finish selections of the original sofa. We are sincerely sorry that you feel the choices you selected weren't exactly what you envisioned. We have tried to accommodate you on every customer service level that makes sense. We're sure you have a beautiful home and we are confident you will find another special place that offers what you are looking for.

Commented: could I get this in a rectangular table with darker chairs?Hi Ann, this one in particular does not come in a rectangle but we just bought a super amazing oxidized iron rectangle table that will be on the floor in about 2 weeks with similar hues.
