I would never use this company to build your home. We have lived in our property for 9 months now and the basement continues to flood every rain. We have repeatedly asked for it to be resolved while no success. We have hired an outside company to fix these issues. The builder has been nonreactive, unsympathetic, and has remorsefully blamed others. Please take my warning into consideration when building your home. Seek elsewhere.
