Does the foot work of finding the contractors. Gives alternative ideas and choices of styles and materials. Easy to work with. Nice person.

Todd Zwigard worked on several projects with my wife and I : A wrap-around porch in the Hamptons, a renovation of our apartment in the West Village and a number of smaller projects that required meticulous planning and insight. Todd's work was impeccable. His care, attention to detail and "bedside manner" make him one of my very favorites - particularly when it comes to the inevitable, grueling parts of any New York construction (e.g. : permitting, slow-downs, board relations, etc.) Where Todd really shines is in the creative department. Todd is an artist with extraordinary range and balance. For each of our projects we challenged him to come up with smart, sexy ideas that didn't break the bank. He always delivered -- with clever, imaginative concepts that could stand on their own or had openings that could give my wife and I (mostly my wife) ample room to refine, adjust and add our ideas. Finally, Todd is one of the most patient people I've ever worked with. No project is too big or too small, no idea is off limits and no headwind takes him off kilter or dampens his enthusiasm or determination. Todd has guided us through rough seas with his calm demeanor, his experience and professionalism, his wit and artistry, and all at a price that is impossible to beat.
