This is the best construction company in Miami. I love how organized and professional the UNEKUAL team is. Alessandro is probably the most knowledgeable GC I've met and his true value is his design experience. He can really transmit ideas and make the best design suggestions on any project. I have done several parts of my home with them and will not look elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience with Unekual Construction. They are very professional, goal oriented, responsible and honest. They completed the work on the time frame agreed (a fact that was crucial for us). I was pregnant with 7 months when we decided to purchase a new condo in Key Biscayne and remodel it. We sold our old place and move forward with the purchase without being aware of all the complications involved in the process. All the inspections and extensive rules on the building made the project even harder but Unekual's team were able to overcome all the obstacles and finish the work on record time (before the baby was born). They were always available to discuss new ideas and helped us to find the best materials. We sincerely recommend them to do any small or big project in your house being confident that you are in the best hands.

From start to finish, Unekual Construction has facilitated a smooth experience for my wife and I. We live in an area that required stringent permitting and code updating due to the age of the home. Unekual Construction ensured follow-up with the county, transparency at all work to be done/to be done, and itemized costs. I could not ask for a better team to handle our needs. We did end up hitting some issues related to pipe leaks (home was 20+ years old) but was taken care of quickly and addressed by the construction team. Even old work in the house that was questionable was identified and handled appropriately. Unekual Construction was professional, transparent, dependable, and quality oriented. They did our entire house and made it a home for my wife, kids, and I. Very happy with the work done. I have referred them to others and will continue to refer them. We had the pleasure of working with Unekual not only for the upgrade our of our home, but the relationship started long before that, while we were making the purchasing decision. It was such benefit to work with a company, who was not only able to do the work we wanted done, but was able to assist us with insight as to the reality of what could be done, costs for the remodel and more. This was vital in the decision making process on which home we should make ours. Once purchased, Unekual did all of the work from our new floors, to a completely redesigned master bedroom and bathroom, new guest bathroom, garage upgrades, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical work, paint and more. The team of experts were top in their field and we are overjoyed with the finished product. We also appreciate the fact Alessandro has a great "eye"and was helpful even when we were trying to figure what to do from a design perspective. He's willing to give his opinion if asked. Miami can be a tough market when it comes to dependability and timeliness, but Alessandro and his team are on top of everything. Can't wait for our next house, so we can do it all again, but we'll enjoy this one for a while first.

Unekual are very professional and have excellent taste. They helped my company remodel a kitchen and bathrooms for a client and we were noth very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.
