We contacted Unger to replace our front door. From the very first meeting with Unger, their professionalism and knowledge was evident. Graeme did an onsite inspection then helped us choose a door with side window that would look best for our house. We've had numerous compliments from our neighbours on the new door. Later on, problems came up with the frame (too long to describe here) but the manufacturer didn't want to replace it despite the fact that the problems were clearly with the product, not the install, etc. Unger worked tirelessly on our behalf to resolve the issue. We feel that through everything, Graeme and Andrew have gone above and beyond to take care of us and fix a problem that was not their company's fault. They put the needs of the customer first and work hard to make sure the end result is a positive one. our home is easterly exposure to winter NE winds and summer sun. All glass east and south. My home was like a bunker and dark keeping winter cold out and summer heat out. Called Unger windows and Graeme came out to explain options and recommended triple glaze. We went to their showroom and shown different options. We decided on triple glaze that has a faint tint youndont even notice. Five different employees in different capacity told me how happy we will be with these windows, all weather windows. OMG. We are soooo impressed with them and happy we took Graeme's advise. He was so knowledgable and professional. You know he's been in the window business awhile and knows his products. No pressure. We were so impressed with him. Caleb and his partner were so professional installing the windows. And again we were so impressed . Very knoewlegable and cleaned up. No mess for us to do. The old aluminum windows of our 1980's house were producing so much condensation in the winter that the water was literally dripping down onto the carpet. Our heating bill was also quite significant, so we finally decided to get new vinyl windows. Unger Window & Door gave us the most reasonable quote, and also the best, professional advice and friendly service. Because of the great work they did, we decided to have them also put on new siding and window trim, which makes our house look really nice and modern. Not only is the problem with condensation gone, we now save on our heating cost, and the value of our house has significantly increased. We got the most beautiful front door with 3/4 glass and a bevelled flower in the middle also a matching side window that matches the leaves in the door. The installers where very polite and knew what they were doing. They also installed a phantom screen they had bit of a problem but soon fixed it.

Very respectful and the jobs they did so far was good quality work. They are coming back this year to finish all our windows. Will totally recommend this to our customers we own a landscaping company.
