I've only great things to say, the whole process was made very easy. I have dealt with several blind companies of late, and I found Tim’s professionalism, advice, and customer service skills by far the best! Blinds were installed on time and an excellent job was done. It is very rare these days ... to get the best price and service and we would like to thank the whole team for our beautiful new blinds and drapes!

I was so impressed with the quality of service I received from Tim Hayward at Universal Blinds, especially considering I wasn't ordering new window coverings and that the problem I had was with existing window coverings that hadn't been ordered from nor installed by Universal. I have 20+ year old California shutters on every window. Over time many of the blades had come loose from the positioning rods. They couldn't be held in an open or closed position. They just flopped. The company that supplied them initially wasn't involved with this product anymore. So I began calling other companies. There are different types of California shutters, each with their own unique systems and I wasn't having any luck finding someone to help me. But then I called Tim at Universal Blinds. He hadn't dealt with the particular problem but said he would come out and have a look. He took pictures and a few pieces of a shutter and said 'let me see what I can find out'. I had finally find the right person. Not only did he find the parts I needed but he came back and figured out how to replace the broken parts with the new ones. Thank you so much Tim!

My consultant Tim Hayward was very knowledgeable & professional. When we met he made me feel very comfortable & gained my trust immediately. He listened to my needs & made the necessary recommendations accordingly. He was on point regarding delivery. He was very meticulous & through with installation of the blinds. He came to uninstall the existing blinds & installed the new ones swiftly & effectively. He also removed all packaging materials & the discarded the old blinds without me asking him to. He did not leave behind any mess for me to clean up after him. I highly recommend Tim with full confidence that he acts on your best interest not his.

The in-home consultation on a Saturday was tremendous service. We are an extremely happy with the products and the service you and the team has provided. This was the smartest call I've made in a long time. I love my blinds they are both functional and beautiful adding warmth and elegance to my home. Tim was wonderful with colour and product suggestions for my blind purchase. The installers where quick, professional and cleaned up all the trash and even took down my temporary blinds. I will certainly use Universal Blinds again and wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and neighbours to them.
