Uno Kitchens

I bought a kitchen from Uno about 6 years ago. The service and advice at the time was excellent and the kitchen still looks like new even now, after much wear and tear. I recently had a problem with one of the runners in a cupboard and Louis at Uno was amazing at dealing with getting and fitting a replacement. He was extremely accommodating and helpful and replaced the part with no charge despite the kitchen being over 6 years old! I would not hesitate in recommending Uno Kitchens.

After care is extremely poor, keen at the start of a project but have a reputation for leaving work unfinished. Instead of a one stop service I received no end of problems. The overall quality of the kitchen is good but the fitters are poor.

I am writing this review a little late as our kitchens was designed and supplied by Uno Kitchens in August 2016, however I wanted to ensure I gave them a review since the service was so great. Veronica was so helpful throughout and successfully designed a fantastic and stylish kitchen fitting our requirements and within our price range. I was happy throughout the entire service and would highly recommend Uno Kitchens if buying a new kitchen.

We were introduced to Veronika at Uno kitchens by a cousin whose friend was very please with her kitchen project. She was very professional, understanding, honest and works with you to get a perfect kitchen within your budget. Delivery was on time and the end product just perfect. We will always recommend Uno kitchen and especially Veronika.

UNO provided an extremely professional service for both the design and supply of my new kitchen. Veronika provided a selection of practical and beautiful designs and even had to go back to the drawing board when the measurements of the extension did not match the original plans ! Our kitchen was designed with our original budget in mind and with the elements of my 'wish list' of cupboards and electrical goods. She made sure to order the electrical goods before the prices went up in late autumn. They also arranged for a beautiful glass Splashback to be fitted. All the fitting was done to an extremely high standard and looks really well finished. We are so happy with our new kitchen . I can recommend this company. I chose them on the recommendation of a neighbour - I recommend them in turn.

Uno Kitchens did a great job and were extremely helpful from start to finish . Our Kitchen looks really lovely and our kitchen designer, Veronica was great at coming up with useful suggestions and tips . The installation went extremely smoothly despite being only a week before Christmas. We had a problem with the tap we ordered not fitting the space correctly due to its design. Uno quickly resolved the problem, ordered a replacement and fitted it in time for Christmas Day! I wouldn't hesitate in recommmending them.

My wife and I ordered our kitchen with Uno Kitchens in September 2016 after visiting many similar suppliers. What set them apart was their fantastic service; we were very impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail. Veronika designed the kitchen in line with our exact requirements, giving us several helpful hints and tips with regard to location of appliances and getting the best of our units in terms of everyday practicality. Veronika also ensured that the kitchen was symmetrical and that the heights of the worktop were customised exactly to suit our needs - fantastic when your clients are OCD! The visuals of the kitchen were superb quality and from that moment on, we were not going to order anywhere else! Price is obviously crucial in any decision and comparing similar quality kitchens, Uno was the most competitive. Most importantly, we both genuinely felt, and still feel that Uno genuinely care about our kitchen. A perfect example of this was Veronika coming over to our house to ensure our island lights were positioned perfectly (this included persuading the builders too!) to give the kitchen that 'wow factor' that we all dream of. The kitchen itself arrived early and was of the quality we were expecting. Installation was painless, the installers worked without fuss and were diligent with their work, meticulously sticking to the detail in line with the plans. This also extended to the stone supplier who was beyond helpful with advice for other parts of the house too. After the kitchen was completed, Tina and Veronika both made a special trip to come and see the finished article. They were probably more excited than we were to see it and kindly left some samples for splashbacks so we could decide in our own time. We have already recommended Uno to our friends and family and we didn't create a kitchen, we created friendships as well. Rest assured, this is a company that will go above and beyond to ensure that you're happy!

The work was completed on schedule. I am pleased with the kitchen as it has been done the way I wanted it to be. Although I had some snagging problems which was eventually rectified. The quality of the kitchen is of high standard. I found Veronica particulary helpful in sorting out snagging issues.

I found UNO Kitchens really easy to work with. They had a huge selection and their friendly and genuine approach made me feel very comfortable working with them.

Uno Kitchens have done an outstanding job in creating a superb kitchen for me and my family to enjoy daily. My kitchen looks amazing, the colour and modern design created by Tina and fitted by Anil is perfect, they have done a great job in capturing what I was looking for and it fits nicely.
