Rob was brilliant through every step of the process of installing our new kitchen. From promptly replying to our initial call through to finishing the few items we could find to put on a snagging list. Rob is incredibly friendly and I had no issues leaving him to work on the kitchen when we had to go away for the weekend. He sent through regular picture updates to let us know how the work was coming along. He also provided a lot of really good advice when it came to making decisions, pointing out how different approaches would work and letting us make an informed decision. He also took the unexpected jobs (such as reconfiguring the plumbing so our washing machine/sink would fit) in his stride. Overall I'd have no problem contracting Rob for future work

Rob was great, came in fitted our units in the dining room then we had him in to build units in our study then decorated our spare room. Could trust him with the keys and got on with our cat!

We contacted Urban Updated for a quote and they responded really quickly and professionally. On coming round to do the quote and talk us through the work and what was needed, it was a pleasure to deal with this company, professional, friendly and great ideas and tips on the job. The work was completed on time and within budget, plus the room where the work took place was left clean and tidy, a pleasure working with Urban Updated! We'll be in touch again for our next project.

Rob is clearly a really experienced professional who went way beyond simply quoting for the job in hand, but talked us through the different options available to us as well as the costs and time that would be involved. It made him an easy guy to choose to do business with. When it came to the work itself it was completed to a very high standard, on time and well within the budget we'd discussed. We've since used him for other projects and I regularly recommend him to friends and family.

Refurbished my whole house. Not only did the work I needed but gave valuable input into the design. Great ideas and accommodated my change of plans....... Even looked after my dog whilst he was working at my house!

Rob and Pete fitted our Howden's kitchen over 3 days, they did a wonderful job. They're both informative, open, knowledgeable and friendly, Excellent people to work with, as we knew nothing about fitting a new kitchen they walked us through the whole process and kept us informed about decisions: what had to be amended and why; which we really appreciated. Both are skilful, careful and very, very good at their jobs- thank you :)
