Valley Carpet One has been supplying and installing flooring and windowcoverings, thoughout the Cowichan Valley since 1994. We are a family owned business, with our own inhouse designer, with a team of sales people who have been with us from the start. Our experienced, certified installers get the job done right the first time. We've had the pleasure of working with them on numerous projects in which they have done a beautiful job and completed with an exceptional level of customer service. Above all, a few years ago our family experienced a devastating house fire which required basically a complete new build - Chad, Tammy and the entire Valley Floors team made our house feel like a home again! I recommend them to everyone.

The staff at Valley Carpet one went above and beyond to come up with an affordable yet beautiful solution to cover the wooden stairs in our rental home. I never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive option. Instead Kim found a cost cutting solution that was better than the original idea. And the installer was professional and cleaned up everything. The whole experience was amazing!

Hello, I have been using Valley Floors for approx. 11 years and I have found their service to be outstanding. I own a Restoration company and a majority of our work is insurance related so we are usually working in conditions that are not ideal let alone planned. We had hardwood floors installed in our living room. We wanted the wood floors to match the rest of the floors in our house. The job that was done was a perfect match. Professionally installed.
