Watermarks ended up helping me quite a bit with a problem I was having with my contractor. Overall it ended up well.

We love working with Watermarks! Holly is our go to when it comes to whole home plumbing packages. She is extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. She is quick to put a quote together, and she keeps the plumbing fixture orders that are of a large scale organized (by room) making it easy for all on site trades to follow our design guidelines. When our sales representative is unavailable, we deal with the other wonderful team members. They are all so friendly and willing to help out. The Burlington Showroom is beautiful and has so many selections! Watermarks is overall such a wonderful company to work with. They are always willing to inform you about the new and latest products, which helps us stay relevant when it comes to plumbing fixture trends in the design industry. All of our clients love working with watermarks since customer service is so exceptional! We will continue to use watermarks when it comes to all of our plumbing fixture needs!

The product knowledge you provided for our bathroom renovation was very helpful. The linear drain and Hans Grohe showerhead were some of our favourite splurges on this project without going over our budget too. From the moment you walk into Watermarks everyone is always so inviting, helpful and gosh darn it....too nice. I love that. I have worked with Watermarks and so many of their staff on more than a few projects and I have never had an issue. Paperwork Perfect, Scheduling Suburb, Delivery on time. Sometimes I just want to go in mad as hell and just be a pain so I can see how they handle me, but I can't cause Watermarks is all about being that extra hand, voice of reason, a crystal clear guidance you need on any reno project.
