The PSJ team, both administrator and workmen, were excellent: efficient, courteous, hard-working, and very good 'value for money'. The workmanship was to a very high standard, exhibiting a genuine sense of pride in a job well done. I'm delighted with what they accomplished (and on schedule); I have no hesitation in using them again and in recommending them to others.

I have used PJS Ltd for a complete refurb of a 3 bedroom maisonette and for the a complete renovation of a 3 bedroom house. With the house we added an extra floor with an extra 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a large side return taking the sq footage from 1700 up to 2400 sq foot. For both builds they finished within the time period they allowed for (3 month and 9 months). And on both builds the work was done to the highest standard, despite us making many changes throughout the process. On the maisonette I was able to sell it for a large profit 3 years after we bought, despite the property market struggling over the same period. Much of this is due to the quality and finish of the property. On the house I’ve now been happily settled there for a year, and so far we’ve experienced no issues outside of the normal early teething problems. Jolanta and Przemek have been on hand to sort any issues within the same day and often free of charge. PJS are not the cheapest builders in London, but for a little extra money you’re getting clear advise from a team who’ve done many high end properties before. The extra money can also clearly be seen through the high quality finish, and the fact that you can rest assured you won’t get endless added costs and length of time as the build progresses. I would highly recommend them

PJS and team did a wonderful job fully renovating and restoring a 250-year-old Victorian flat. It was key that the builders had a soft touch as there were a lot of original items to the flat that needed restoration. PJS's unique network of builders, architects, and designers assures you that everything is left in the best hands available. Highly recommend them for renovation and restoration projects!

From our first meeting Jolanta and Przemek put us entirely at ease – their knowledge and attention to detail particularly impressed us and their commitment to making the process as efficient and a stress free as possible meant we continued to live comfortably in our house throughout the building work.
