In 2016 I was looking for someone to install a new roof and after receiving pricing from other companies that were staggering this company was referred to me by a co-worker. Upon placing my initial call I was pleasantly surprised at the immediate response to be available to come out and take a look. The rest is history!! Mr. Aniol came out and patiently and thoroughly explained each step of the process, leaving no details out. I must be honest and reveal that the building was in very poor condition. But I am pleased to say NOT any more!! My project began with a complete roofing job that started in August. The work and the workers were professional in every. I had no complaints. The prices given to me had no surprises, Mr. Aniol's proposals always included the possibilities of anything additional that may or may not occur. There were never any hidden cost. I received photo updates and any additional concerns were always addressed before anything was done. He was always available if I had questions. Therefore, this type of professionalism and service was so impressive that from August-October I had (2) roofs replaced, a beautiful enclosed back porch built, along with a small patio. HVAC work to include central heating and air (2) air conditioners, heating furnace and hot water tank, duck work and vents installed on 1st-2nd floors, and basement. Electrical work and re-wiring for entire building. Remodeling of 1st floor ceiling, light fixtures,and switches. The outside of the building tuckpointed, and beautified, unnecessary windows removed and the front brick power washed. On the second floor I had the entire washroom remodeled, lighting, tub, sink, toilet, cabinets, floor tiled and painted. Last but not least the basement demolition job was phenomenal nothing left undone and nothing left behind! In my home painting was done, the suggestions made for colors and areas were spot on, the work was amazing, the painters were quick, neat, on time and responsible. Mr. Anoil is a man of his word. So I leave you with this, if you are looking for professionalism, a company that is knowledgeable, has great work ethics, with a work quality that is second to none. A company you can trust, that will not procrastinate and will get the job done. A company that will stay within your budget but use the very finest materials. Look no more, give them a call today, you won't be disappoint. My only regret is that I had not found them sooner!!!!

John and Construction People have done several projects for us. They care a lot about doing things right and do it at a fair price. We started with 21 replacement windows. John insisted on measuring twice so there would be no errors. They look great and operate with ease. Next, he replaced our old aluminum siding with cement board. It looks great and will last for years and years. Then he replaced our kitchen from 1949 with a modern kitchen that we love. Through all the projects, John was great about suggesting products and vendors who were helpful. He also helped with design decisions. It isn’t easy to live through a kitchen remodel but John and his people kept the job area clean. I recommend him to anyone who asks.

John Aniol at Construction People is fantastic! John and his crew recently gutted and remodeled our master bathroom as well as a 2nd full bathroom. Both projects were completed on-time , on-budget and with the highest quality craftsmanship.
