Having bought a house that he had just completely refurbished (internal layout including extensions both up and out, new plumbing, electrics etc.) we were so impressed with the quality of the finished property we engaged him to carry out some additional work specific to our needs; he cheerfully undertook this and was rereceptive to our requirements. Throughout this time he and his associated workers have been conscientious, polite and friendly. The standard of their work has been excellent both inside and outside whilst not only being unobtrusive but incredibly tidy too. He has kept us informed at all times, usually face to face but also by text and email.
