Same problem here in San Antonio, they took my deposit then a month later tell me I have to sign a contract that states they are not liable in anyway for delays or non- delivery.

My experience with the Houston location has been awful. Their communication is poor. The custom accordion iron door we ordered in Sept of 2021 has not been installed due to -1st supply chain issues and now because of faulty hardware. Waiting 5 months and they have not been helpful in finding a solution to complete installation so that we can continue our build. The front door was installed but this took 4 months
