I called to have my pool table picked up and moved to another home . Jim was great and set up the appointment . He went above and beyond to help with new felt colors and even Fed Ex'd me a larger felt sample so i could better make our decision. The staff was prompt,friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Just purchased a 14' shuffle board table. Delivered on time with enough guys to make the move in and set up quick. While they were here they looked at my pool table and showed me where the slate had moved. They came back a few days later and virtually rebuilt the pool table with new felt and all. It now completely level and all at a very reasonable price. Very responsive, very knowledgable, and very easy to work with. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
