An unsafe roof prevented us from completing the project last season.
As promised, we returned this Spring to complete the work.
The Owner then said we did not put 2 coats on the back of the Residence, which we did last season.
He insisted, so I offered to do a THIRD coat, at my expense, just to make him happy.

This was not good enough, and he said to halt the project as is.

We have NEVER left an unsatisfied Customer in over 20 years in business, but this is just someone that you cannot make happy no matter how you try.

Just for the record, this isa job that we received only 50% down to book the job.
I have way more labor and materials in the project compared to what was paid.

Again, I OFFERED to do a THIRD coat on the back of the house, so that there was NO question of our integrity, and the Customer told us to pull off the job until further notice from him, so we did.

This job would have been beautifully completed by now, if the Owner was not trying to run my business.
