Great to support a local Houston company! Working with them was incredibly easy, and their customer service made all the difference in the world when deciding who I wanted building my shutters. I highly encourage anyone who's looking for quality shutters to give them a call.

I actually purchased shutters from them 2 years ago, but felt compelled to leave a review after my experience calling them for a repair this week. When HTX Shutters mentions standing behind their product, they clearly mean it. Until a recent incident with my 5 year old, these shutters looked just as brand new today as they did when first installed. Unfortunately I discovered my son drawing on one of the louvers in permanent marker last week...to say that I was upset would be an understatement. So I called HTX for a repair job, fully expecting to pay a service fee or something similar. Not only did Jason show up THE NEXT DAY with a replacement louver, but also didn't charge me for the repair! I can't say enough good things about this team. Thank you so much.

Super convenient service, Josh actually visited my home only 2 days after I contacted them. He was courteous, knew his product, and was very efficient. Gave me a quote within about 20 minutes. Their estimated delivery date was the fastest of anyone else I contacted, and then still delivered them ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise.
