We have absolutely loved worked with Iguana on all levels- from our introductory calls to our late night discussions. We didn't want a cookie cutter extension and so we decided to splurge on the architect to get something different and Iguana has delivered in all respects. They are approachable, easy to work with, friendly, focused on well being and above all else extremely talented. Definitely the right decision and money well spent- we have our dream vision ready and cannot wait to execute over the next few months!

From the beginning, Yaniv and his team have been true to our vision and, even more crucially, respectful of our budget! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with and have planned us an extension that works for our family and got us even more than we could have hoped for in planning. Every step and meeting has been clear and creative and the Iguana team have been prompt and have gone out of their way to make sure what they provided us with was exact. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the process and would definitely recommend Iguana Architects.

Iguana were both instrumental in conceptualising our project and then implementing the works from start to finish. The team advised us carefully and thoughtfully, anticipating all issues as well as helping with planning and employing contractors. The Iguana team also tirelessly project managed the works to their completion dealing with all obstacles professionally This culminated in achieving our dream home and a spread in Grand Design magazine as well!

We have just completed a full renovation of our family home, including loft conversion and rear extension, and Iguana have been wonderful from start to finish. Yaniv and the rest of the Iguana team have gone above and beyond at every stage of the project and we could not be more thrilled with the results. Every inch of space has been thought out, considered and maximised and the attention to detail throughout has been exceptional. Yaniv’s knowledge of the local planning regime in particular has helped make the process quicker and smoother than it otherwise would have been. Thank you Yaniv and the Iguana team - we would not hesitate to recommend them.

If you’re looking for a professional and personable architect, then look no further. Yaniv from Iguana is hugely knowledgeable about all stages of the planning and construction process and a brilliant sounding board. He also takes the time to get to know you and your family’s needs and way of life that is so fundamental to designing a home that will work for all of you. He’s also very responsive and quick at providing detailed answers to any queries you may have. Definitely recommend.

Professional, reliable, enthusiastic and surpasses any of the other architects I have ever worked with . My advice for other businesses is if you haven’t hired iguana architects it’ll be your first mistake and potentially your downfall.

Yaniv impressed us from the first time we spoke. I was keen to have a strong sustainability angle to my house renovations and was recommended Yaniv. He asked lots of brilliant questions, and was massively prepared the first time he came over to meet us and see our house. He impressed us with his attentiveness and obvious passion for the work, and was very professional and efficient following our meeting. For personal reasons we were not able to use Yaniv but it was with great regret!

I would highly recommend Yaniv. This year we have embarked on a kitchen and loft extension, and he has not only come up with a great design, but guided and supported the entire project way above and beyond what I would have expected. He is a perfectionist which is what you need in these situations, and a pleasure to work with. He has made what could easily have been a very stressful time much more manageable and less daunting.

I can’t recommend Iguana Architects (Yaniv Peer) highly enough. He has tirelessly supported me over the last couple of years with a very difficult project. His ingenuity, creativity and level of service is something that I have not experienced before from any other architect and I can only hope that all clients like myself, are lucky enough to get to work with him.
