Mountain Hardscape Systems

Mountain Hardscape Systems did a great job designing and installing my walkways and patio. They designed an outside fire pit area, installed multi level patios and stairs between multiple levels of my backyard. Super happy with the service and communication of this company. The quality of stone is way better than using flagstone or concrete. It’s so much more decorative and I’m super impressed with the entire process. Highly recommended!

Mountain Hardscape Systems did an awesome job on my driveway and walkway. Very easy to work with, Shane always answered my questions promptly, and his knowledge of the products and design ideas made it easy to decide which way to go. The crew arrived on time and worked hard all day and always cleaned up before leaving. We highly recommend Mountain Hardscape Systems for anyone planning on doing a driveway/walkway project or any other paver project for that matter. Very professional and reasonably priced. Shane has been promising to finish our patio – since October 2nd, 2020 The patio work that Mountain Hardscape Systems completed is excellent, as other reviewers have said. The problem is the work is not done. After 6+ months of promises that they would be here “next week, they are just so busy,” I will share my experience. The good: •The crew knows pavers. The cuts are clean. The grade is consistent. They were wonderful to have on site. •Shane, the owner of the company, takes pride in representing top-quality Belgard products. The bad: •The crew does not know irrigation. Pipes were cut and not capped. A mess. •Everything (water, electrical) that goes under the patio should have been sleeved. The crew did not have sleeves with them and needed oversite. We managed the above. The open gaps that still need to be resolved are: 1.The edging work is not done. Stones are scattered and uncut. 2.The patio does not extend far enough to fit a landing for the hot tub steps (we walk into a planter). We supplied a scaled drawing and measurements to the crew. We had the corners flagged in place. Still, the work is clearly wrong. Sean promised to fix it. The open question is when these gaps will be fixed? I think I have been reasonable and patient for over 6 months. I will keep you posted on status.

We chose Mountain Hardware over several others, because we really felt his quality was going to be good - even though he was a little higher. We are happy we made that decision, we could not be happier with our patio. The quality of work on the patio was excellent, his workers work hard, fast and do very nice work. Shane is a very busy man, probably because of his quality of work. So you may need to contact a couple of times to get him on your project. He was able to fit us in, and we did not have our back yard torn apart for weeks...they were in and out in days. *update, over a year now, patio is still in great shape, still beautiful and solid, not a loose paver anywhere.

My experience with Mountain Hardscape Systems was excellent. Shane was readily available and made multiple trips to my house to consult and oversee the project. Very professional and personable. Jose and his crew were exceptional. The project far exceeded my expectations and it was clear how much pride they take in their work. Highly recommend!

Outstanding JOB! Highly recommend this company, first and foremost...WHEN THEY SAID THEY'LL BE THERE TO START...THEY DID/laid out a plan and stuck to it. Great clean up at the end of the job.

We had Mountain Hardscape add a new patio and walkway for us. We are very pleased with the quality & design of it. Shane & his workers were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and cleaned the site at the end of the day. The job was completed when they projected it would be and we are extremely happy with our new patio.

Shane and his crew do the best paver work I have ever seen. They exceeded my expectations in every way completing the project quickly and under budget while we were out of town! I came home to a completed patio that blew me away with excellent bordering and nice finishing touches that I had not expected. These guys are first rate! You will not be dissapointed.

Shane did such a good job on our back deck and it looked so good that we had him come out and swap out our front driveway for pavers. As before the work was quick and professional and we could not be happier with the results. We have had several people drive by, stop and ask about the driveway and who did the work. Would recommend him to anyone.

Shane and the Crew are awesome. We have done 2 projects with them and both turned out fantastic. On time and on budget...no surprises. You can feel confident that your project will turn out better than you hoped for.
