My floors were buffed with two coats of clear finish and they look like new! The crew did an amazing job and were also very fast and efficient. The office staff was a pleasure to work with and scheduling was easy! I highly recommend!

I actually used Brazilian Floors for the installation of my new homes flooring. The entire team was top notch. Because the wood came from another supplier (out of town), Brazilian Floors helped me review the blueprints to determine material amounts and thus estimate overall project costs. Around multiple turns, and due to the pandemic, the supplier (not affiliated with Brazilian Floors) struggled to fulfill the order. In the end, Brazilian Floors were a bright spot amidst what could of been a more stressful situation for my family and I. The team was professional, courteous, patient and kind throughout it all. I highly recommend the entire Brazilian Floors team and will absolutely use them again for any future flooring projects.

I purchased clear grade Brazilian walnut unfinished floors and needed a finisher that could do justice to the job. These planks are super hard and need special screws. These guys not only made sure that the entire site was clean but they prepped the floors and methodically watched the temperature and were meticulous in their inspections. On install day they did a PERFECT sand job and then put two coats of finish and the end result is the best I’ve seen in new construction. Ask for Thomas - he is incredible. These guys are GOOD.

I've been collaborating with Thomas at Brazilian Floors for a couple years now, and only have wonderful things to say about him! As a designer, it's not always easy to find colleagues whose opinion I trust completely, but Thomas is that person. Not only have we completed several projects together for clients, but I hired him for my own house as well. That in itself is the highest compliment an interior designer can give!

Brazilian floors replaced the floors in my condo, from the entrance, through the living room, the dining room, the hallway, and in the bedrooms. Before getting the floors, we had carpet throughout. I selected Living Vinyl Tile with wood grain design. The results far exceeded my expectations. The floors are beautiful! The pre-installation and installation teams were very professional, very careful not to cause any damage to my belonging. The results were fantastic including the molding. It looks like my condo always had these floors.

Thomas was outstanding to work very knowledgeable explained the entire process set our expectations which working with cherry floors is very important. Moises was professional his work was impeccable showed us stain samples on our floors. Thomas came back out to inspect and see the work that was done. I work in new home construction and this is the company to go to for flooring and especially to updating your cherry floors! the before - the stripped - the wow wow finished

Brazilian Floors LLC laid about 2400sqft of Brazilian Oak (Amendoim) in our recently renovated home. They were great! The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely hard working. During the process they would recommend minor design options to help make the floors look even better in the various spaces. It was evident their goal was for you to say “wow” every time you look down.

We used Brazilian Floors to replace the flooring in our kitchen, living room, great room and master bedroom closet with hardwood that matched the preexisting wood floors in other rooms. They also refinished the preexisting wood floors on both floors including the staircase. They did a beautiful job! The customer service from our Sales Rep was EXTREMELY attentive and responsive. I am in the sales profession and was very impressed with our Sales Rep, who went above & beyond for us throughout the ENTIRE process. My husband and I were also impressed with the pricing and that they met our timing needs perfectly. I was referred to Brazilian Floors through a friend of mine who is a developer; someone who understands the need for quality, pricing and timing. I would be very comfortable referring Brazilian Floors to anyone!

The responsiveness, quality of service provided and exceptional care and dedication put forward by each employee I worked with was simply amazing. Not only was Brazilian Floors the lowest cost of the installers I got quotes from, I am sure they could not be outdone in their quality or high-level of customer focus. I purchased my hardwood from another vendor, they had no problem installing it. I had some specific requests for how the finish would be done, they had no problem accommodating. The took extra time to properly prepare the subfloor before install and managed to fully install the floor in just over 2 days! Sanding and finish took two more, and wow, what a result. I truly wish I had more flooring to install just so I could use them again. This may sound over the top, but I truly could not have been more pleased with this company. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with Brazilian Floors. The entire process was so efficient and professional, I already sent out their info to friends and family. I had a hard time deciding on the color, but they worked with me by allowing me to send multiple photos and even custom mix some sample stains. The entire project from start to finish was 5 days for my family to move back in. I have an 8 month old and had no issues with any of the fumes since we went with a water-based. The floors complete the house and they couldn't have more pleasant to work with. Thank you Brazilian Floors!
