If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am, no call or message from anybody. I called the telephone # on file and it just went to voicemail. I then left a review in Thumbtack. Low and behold..I get a response. I still never received any kind of response or acknowledgement from a tech. It is now almost 4 hours beyond my scheduled appointment time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE.
