Owner (Jim) is courteous and professional. Jobs are scheduled about eight weeks after the bid, due to service demands. Suggestions on improvements (cost free) are offered. I wanted a 6 inch tile on my bathroom floor but couldn't find one that I liked so, I settled for a twelve inch. Jim took the twelve inch, went shopping and found a matching six inch. Woo-Hoo I get the floor I wanted at no extra cost.
