I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. I hired Wendy Patrick Designs to manage an interior rebuild and she refused to send me the necessary receipts for the project after completion. Those receipts were necessary to receive additional monies from the insurance, then she lawyered up. Must have been marking up the costs.

We hired Wendy Patrick Designs to help us with our remodeling project in 2011.. This was a year long, $200K+ remodel. Wendy is professional, personable and has a keen eye with a natural design instinct. She completes projects within the expected time frame and on budget. For those who are "design challenged" and need her expert advice to those who know what they want but need help staying on budget, Wendy Patrick Designs is the company you should consider for your next project.

I hired Wendy Patrick Designs for a bedroom makeover to start out with. I was so pleased with the way it turned out, that it ended up being three bedrooms, dining room and family room. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone considering new home decoration, remodeling decorations, everything from window treatments to rugs and any and all inbetween. She has such an eye for colors and furniture placement to maximize space. It was wonderful experience.
