Westcott Homes

I have a very bad experience with the Westcott Homes as a buyer agent at 63 Dunbar H2, Lynnwood location. My clients got frustrated in every step of the process dealing with that sales office: no one returns phone calls, contact was designed in favor of the builder and buyers by signing this builder addendum basically waive all rights and will lose earnest money, this can be very long list... My clients decided to purchase property anyway and right before closing at the walk-throw property wasn't completed as was promised by the sales office- all walls were in a blue tape. Representative advice, so clients don't have another walk-throw before closing and have to "trust" builder as they going to complete. Please don't! After closing, when the key was delivery to the buyers in many places blue tape was on and work never was complete. Now, after closing, we have to deal with the hassle to find responsible party and no one returns phone calls. As a Windermere broker, I will never recommend any clients to purchase any properties from this builder in the future. Be aware of this builder and his sales office!

Working with Westcott homes has been extremely easy. I have been working with them on a townhome project for the past few months and have not run into any issues. They are quick to respond and give great feedback on the high-quality work they are looking for. Both Angie Johnson and Allie Beeninga have been overwhelmingly dedicated to the success of this project which will reflect greatly when the townhomes are built later this year.
